-Are Your Sapphires Treated?

All Sapphires purchased from Goldaevo are of natural origin and have not been chemically treated to alter their natural beauty. Some of Goldaevo's sapphires are heat-treated, which is an accepted industry standard. Heat treatment improves color, clarity, and overall appearance. No radiation, chemicals, or health risks are involved in this process.

-Are Your Emeralds Treated?

All Emeralds purchased from Goldaevo are of natural origin and have not been chemically treated to alter their natural beauty. Most Goldaevo's emeralds are natural oil-treated, which is an accepted industry standard. Oil treatment improves clarity and overall appearance. No radiation, chemicals, or health risks are involved in this process.

-Are Your Paraiba Tourmalines Treated?

All Tourmaline Paraibas purchased from Goldaevo are of natural origin and have not been chemically treated to alter their natural beauty. Some of Goldaevo's Paraiba Tourmalines are heat-treated, which is an accepted industry standard. Heat treatment improves color, clarity, and overall appearance. No radiation, chemicals, or health risks are involved in this process.

RETURNS

- What is Goldaevo's return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it within 30 days from the date of delivery. After we receive the returned item including the GIA certificate, it will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours and credited to your original payment method.

-Do I need to pay for return shipping?

We offer free shipping for returns initiated within the first 30 days of the delivery of the product for all US customers. The shipping for returns is not free for International customers.

- How should I pack my returns for shipping?

All items must be returned in the same condition as received, along with GIA certificates and gift-boxes. If you fail to return the GIA certificate, 50% of the refund amount will be deducted to cover our loss. The rest of the amount will be refunded to your account.

- What items are not returnable within 30 days?

Goldaevo will not accept any product that has been mishandled, modified, re-sized, unset or already worn by the customer.

- How will my refund be paid?

The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

SHIPPING

- Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do! Here are our terms and conditions: 1) Goldaevo Jewelry Express shipping via DHL or Fedex for all international customers. 2) Customers are liable to pay the local import duties/taxes, as applicable in the country of import.

- Which shipping companies do you use?

We primarily use Fedex and DHL for all International orders and Fedex for US orders only.

- Where is my order shipped from?

All items are shipped from the US, either the New York or Miami areas.

- How soon will my order be shipped once an order is placed?

All items shown on our web-site are in stock. We ship the same - next day or in 2-3 days if the ring needs to be resized.

- What if I am not available when the order is delivered?

Before the shipment is ready for delivery, you will receive an email notification from the carrier. In case you are not available, the delivery will be reattempted the next day.

- Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?

Yes, we ship to PO Box and similar addresses.

SERVICES

- Can You Send Me Additional Images of the Rings?

Yes. We can send you additional images if you are interested in seeing our rings from a different angle, or if you would like to see multiple rings together. Please contact us 917 365 0936.

- Are All of Your White Gold Rings Rhodium-plated?

Yes, all of our 14K and 18k white gold pieces are rhodium-plated to give them a brilliant, white shine. If you prefer the softer, warm tones of 14k and18k white gold that has not been plated, please contact us so that we can make that modification when you place your order.

What are the charges for a ring resizing?

Goldaevo offers one free resizing. The customer (international and domestic) will have to bear the charges for shipping both ways with insurance. If you've already resized the ring once, the next resizing will cost $50. The customer (international and domestic) will have to bear the charges for shipping both ways with insurance.

- How long does resizing take?

1-3 business days

- Can You Give Me Design a Quote for a Custom Piece of Jewelry?

Goldaevo specializes in full custom design, and can create the jewelry piece you desire. For a free quote for your custom made jewelry, please visit our page on Custom Order or contact us.

- Do You Provide Insurance Appraisals certificates?

The insurance appraisals are available upon request. The Appraisal certificate will be shipped separately in 2-3 business days.

Can I Purchase Multiple Items to Determine Which I Like the Best, and Return the Others?

To maintain the high quality of our pieces and keep our prices competitive, Goldaevo Jewelry does not allow multiple pieces to be purchased for comparison. Comparison purchasing is purchasing multiple products with the intent of keeping one and returning the remainder.
